James Tarkowski - hamstring
Everton defender James Tarkowski (32) limped off with a suspected hamstring injury early in the second half of the match against Manchester City.
Clearly frustrated, he signalled to come off and was replaced by Michael Keane, with Idrissa Gueye taking over as captain. Tarkowski will now be assessed by the club’s medical staff. With just five games remaining, his availability for the rest of the season is in doubt (Source: Liverpool Echo)
Update Friday 25 April 2025
David Moyes has confirmed James Tarkowski will miss Everton's clash at Chelsea on Saturday 26 April – with the Blues defender out for the rest of the season with a hamstring injury. The vice-captain will now undergo an operation, with a view to him returning in pre-season. (Source: Chelsea)
