Maxence Lacroix
Crystal Palace defender Maxence Lacroix (25) was substituted in the club's 2-1 victory against Brighton on 5 April, after suffering a potential head injury. Lacroix landed awkwardly following a challenge with Brighton striker Joao Pedro in the penalty area, requiring immediate medical attention.
Although Palace had already used all three of their substitution slots, the fourth official allowed an additional substitution window to bring on Joel Ward in place of Lacroix. Manager Oliver Glasner confirmed that Lacroix was treated for what appeared to be a head injury, but he was unsure whether it was a concussion. (Source London News Online)
